Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
Fynvelo OÜ ("Fynvelo", "we", "our", "us"), registered in Estonia, European Union, operates the website fynvelo.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data submitted through this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Estonian data protection law.
2. Data We Collect
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through our contact form. This includes: full name, email address, company name (optional), and the content of your message. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics tools on this website. No personal data is collected passively.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
The personal data you submit is processed for the sole purpose of responding to your inquiry and facilitating a potential business relationship. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject — and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests in communicating with prospective business partners.
4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are stored in a server-side log file accessible only to authorised Fynvelo personnel. We retain this data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., hosting infrastructure) strictly for operational purposes, under data processing agreements compliant with GDPR.
6. Your Rights
As a data subject under GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request erasure ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@fynvelo.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or another EU supervisory authority.
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Access to stored contact data is restricted to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
